About Jay
I'm a first-year architecture student at Lancaster University and aside from my passion for architecture, I also love languages. Teaching Portuguese would allow me to keep connected to home whilst still being in the Uk. But it would also allow me to help others build their love for languages, even if you're learning just for a loved one or because you need to know how to ask for the bill when you're on your sunny holiday!

I believe that languages are learnt best when you're immersed in them. Once or twice a week, for an hour, you will learn mainly by simply talking and having conversations. They will be supported by whatever level of grammar and writing you have. I'm happy to teach anyone with an interest in Portugal's beautiful language.
