About Alexandria Victoria

For English learners,Mandarin Chinese is one of the most difficult languages to learn. While the task is no easy feat, chinese can be mastered with discipline, practice and most importantly- passion. As someone who lived over a year in China, I can also definitely provide cultural context as well as colloquial terms necessary for establishing an intermediate fluency level.

About the class

Hello.
I’m currently a third year student at New York University’s campus in Shanghai, China. So far, I’ve completed up to intermediate 2 Chinese (equivalent to about HSK4). In addition, I have lived a year and a half in China. As someone who initially struggled a lot when learning mandarin, I can definitely offer help to anyone seeking a tutor.
