About Xingsheng
My lessons are both challenging and enjoyable. Whilst it is important to provide students with goals to stretch their abilities, I find that improving their confidence and motivation is essential for long-term learning. I have two main teaching approaches
1) Firstly, I give structured lessons to my classes to a fixed period of time (usually 10 weeks). During these structured lessons, you will learn a new topic/ grammar each week. Each lesson will also build upon the previous lessons, after the whole session you will find yourself improved a lot.
2) Secondly, I tailor my lessons to each individual student. If you are studying for an exam (GCSE, A level, HSK, etc.) or if you want to improve a specific aspect of the language (speaking, reading comprehension, vocabulary, etc.), I will prepare the lessons accordingly.
