About Deepthi
Hi, I'm Deepthi, based in Birmingham. I completed my MSc in Advanced Computer Science at the University of Birmingham and hold a BE in Information Science Engineering from India.
I genuinely enjoy teaching and explaining things. I spent two months teaching Computer Science, Maths, Science and Social Studies to secondary school students in Bengaluru, and I also delivered a week-long technical workshop to university students, which went really well.
I know what it feels like to find certain topics confusing, and that's exactly why I focus on making things clear and simple rather than rushing through content. I'm patient, friendly, and I always try to make lessons feel relaxed rather than pressured.

I hold an MSc in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and a BE in Information Science, so I have a strong foundation in the subjects I teach.
I also have real teaching experience. I worked as a teacher at Lakshmi Ranganatha High School in Bengaluru for two months, teaching Computer Science, Maths, Science and Social Studies to students in years 8 to 10. I also delivered a 5-day workshop on Tableau and Power BI to 40+ engineering students at Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology, receiving 95% positive feedback.
My lessons are relaxed and focused on actually understanding the topic, not just memorising answers for exams. I start by figuring out where a student is struggling and work from there. I'm patient, easy to talk to, and explain things in plain language.
I teach Computing, Maths and IT for GCSE and A-level students. Sessions are typically one hour and I'm happy to do them online or in person in Birmingham.
