About Sam
I've been hosting meditation circles for fourteen years with the main principle: 'be your own inner guru'. In 2020 I gained a Diploma in Psychosynthesis Life-Coaching (a psychology of transformation and self-development) and I host workshops in how to make gentle change for the life you want. I was the co-founder of an award-winning logistics business, but the lifestyle didn't make me happy. With a practice of self-awareness and right relations I have moved into a life more in alignment with joy and abundance and I've done some public speaking on this journey. I've had many meditation clients, both in a private and corporate setting, and the positive feedback I get is around the calm, clarity and pace of the sessions.

We meet every two weeks and have a conversation-based hour together. First I guide you through a meditation and then you can share on the experience or you can speak to whatever is on your mind. I use my psychosynthesis training to guide you towards gentle change. I have insurance and I coach under the code of ethics and practice at the Institute of Psychosynthesis.
