About Riddhi

Hi! I'm Riddhi. I have studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Alberta in Canada, where my coursework included university-level Calculus, Linear Algebra, Statistics, and Computer Science.
I have always enjoyed Maths most when I truly understand the logic behind a concept rather than simply memorizing a method. That is the same mindset I want to bring to my students.
I understand that students learn at different speeds, and I want my classes to be a comfortable space where asking questions is always encouraged. Whether a student is struggling with Maths or simply wants to strengthen their concepts and perform better at school, I will adapt the sessions to their individual needs.
I currently teach CBSE Mathematics for Classes 6–10 through online one-to-one sessions. I prepare for each class in advance and aim to make every session clear, patient, organized, and useful.
Most importantly, I want my students to leave a class feeling that Maths makes a little more sense than it did before.

About the class

I believe Maths becomes much easier when you understand why something works instead of simply memorizing formulas. My focus is on making concepts clear, breaking difficult problems into simple steps, and helping students become confident enough to solve questions independently.
In a typical class, I will first explain the concept using simple examples, then solve a few questions together with the student, and finally let them attempt problems on their own while I guide them wherever needed. We will also work on NCERT exercises, school homework, upcoming tests, and topics the student finds particularly difficult.
I encourage students to ask questions freely, even if they think the question is very basic. I am patient with repeated doubts and am happy to explain the same concept in a different way until it makes sense.
Having studied Mathematics at university in Canada, I have experienced Maths beyond the school level, but I still remember how important a strong foundation is. My aim is not just to help students get the correct answer, but to help them understand the reasoning behind it.
My classes are intended for CBSE students in Classes 6–10 who want to strengthen their concepts, improve their problem-solving skills, prepare for school examinations, or simply become more comfortable with Maths.
