About Mike
My interest in mathematics began with a fascination for patterns, logic, and problem-solving. I pursued an M.Sc in Pure Mathematics, where I developed deep expertise in theoretical and applied concepts. Over the past 12 years, I have guided students of all levels, helping them overcome challenges, gain confidence, and cultivate analytical skills that extend beyond the classroom.
I believe mathematics should be interactive, exploratory, and connected to real-world applications. Many learners struggle with abstract concepts, so I use step-by-step explanations, visual illustrations, and practical exercises to foster understanding. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace, style, and academic objectives, ensuring steady progress and long-term mastery.
Outside teaching, I explore mathematical research, problem-solving challenges, and applications in science and technology. Teaching mathematics is deeply rewarding because I see learners grow in confidence, reasoning, and curiosity.
