About Douglas
Martial arts student and practitioner since the age of 15. I went a long way training and graduating, until I started teaching classes in 2015 at the GINÁSIO MUNICIPAL DE CACHOEIRINHA. through social projects. I also teach private martial arts and self defense classes licensed by the Brazilian muay thai federation and FULL CONTACT.

With "Full Japanese Contact" learn the names of Japanese strokes and the study of martial art from its origins.
