About Katharina
Spiritual and practical at the same time - on the one hand I have gained a lot of practical experience in the non-profit and corporate sector as a trainer, coach and consultant over the past 6+ years. On the other hand, as a certified Theta Healer, I have found a way to spiritually and intuitively help people to grow and achieve their goals. After these experiences brought me incredibly far forward, I would now like to help as many other people as possible.
I'm a strong advocate that asking the right questions and listening to yourself is an important first step in changing your behaviors and thought patterns.
In addition to ThetaHealing, I am currently working as an IT consultant and am a passionate acrobat.

ThetaHealing is a healing technique and personal development tool that can help you to find and release limiting beliefs and thus support you in manifesting your desired life. With elements from both the coaching and the spiritual realm, it is an exciting approach to finding out what is holding you back and how you can reach your full potential.
Some examples where ThetaHealing can help you:
- Dealing with strong emotions: Where does your fear/anger/rejection come from and how can you release it and deal with these emotions better?
- Manifest: How can you manifest your ideal life and which beliefs are currently holding you back?
- Overcome limits: Do you have the feeling that you limit yourself and want to go beyond yourself and break through your own limits?
I offer 60-90 minute sessions online or on site in Cologne. In a first free session we get to know each other, I will introduce you to my approach and from there we will see how it can go on.
