About Laura
I worked for 10 years as a teacher in higher education, but I discovered two years ago that my true calling is as a love, relationship and s3xuality coach.
I guide you, with an extremely effective methodology, to find your own wisdom and your own truth, to find the allies you have within you (instead of the saboteurs... to whom we will understand and give love anyway) to find the alignment and balance you are looking for, and of course the love or the fulfilled s3xual life you dream of.
In the sessions, I hold a warm, safe, loving, and non-judgmental space.

The very powerful methodology that I use (VITA) combines neuroscience, the somatic approach (working with the body: emotions, sensations... and the mind), modern coaching and the age-old practices and philosophies of Tao and Tantra.
During the first session, we will discuss and clarify what your desire or goal is, your "North Star", for the work we are going to do together.
Then, the work that we are going to do is of a somatic type. We are therefore not going to stay only at the mental level, but we are also going to listen to our body: what are its reactions, its impulses, what information does it give us in relation to the blockages or limiting beliefs that prevent us from achieving our goal?
The goal will be to understand these blockages, these beliefs, to integrate them and to find a new alignment within ourselves and a connection with the parts of ourselves full of wisdom, confidence, power... which will allow us to thrive in life.
The exercises we are going to use are simple but very effective and you will be able to use them in your daily life forever whenever needed.
