As a tutor, my approach is to provide personalized instruction that is tailored to each individual student's needs. I believe that every student has unique strengths and weaknesses when it comes to learning, and my job is to identify those strengths and weaknesses and develop a teaching methodology that works best for each student.
My teaching methodology involves a combination of visual aids, hands-on examples, and personalized instruction. I start by assessing each student's current knowledge and understanding of the subject matter. Based on this assessment, I create a customized lesson plan that focuses on filling any knowledge gaps and reinforcing concepts that need improvement.
A typical lesson plan starts with a review of previously covered material to ensure that the student has a solid foundation. Throughout the lesson, I encourage active participation and questions from the student to ensure that they fully grasp the material.
