About Andréa
From my beginnings as an English Teacher when I arrived in Paris nearly 40 years ago my passion has always been communication and relationships.
Initially I observed that how we address another or ourselves provides us with a mirror to reveal our deepest needs and desires. Many times when we point a judgmental finger at another person's behavior we are simply trying to shift blame and place responsibility for change on the other's shoulders.
During a period of working in Human Resources in a Multinational Company based in Paris I became witness to practices which I felt were disrespectful to the employees. So I trained as a Coach with the top French Business School during my own time and at my own cost in order to bring fresh light to the situation.
However the company in question continued it's practice of favoring financial gain over human well-being and therefore in 2014 I chose to leave and create my own coaching company.
My intention at the time was to assist those who were aiming to live their lives in respect of humane values. Since then I have had the privilege and joy of seeing my former clients go out into the world or back into business empowered to promote change whilst standing up for those values.

I would be honored to give you a first 30 minutes introductory call for free in order to establish the approach that best suits you.
The bespoke session will contain pure coaching and mentoring.
An important aspect of change being the acknowledgment of our emotions and whether we are reacting or responding to them we will always begin a session by checking in with your feelings.
This will be followed by powerful questioning, active listening and, when necessary, challenging the client's beliefs/assertions in order to discover new ways of looking at situations and encourage a sense of autonomy.
The coaching I offer is based on focusing on the present moment, which contains all we need to guide our way forwards.
