Asad is a respected tutor in our community. He is highly recommended for his commitment and the quality of his lessons. An excellent choice to progress with confidence.
About Asad
I am an LLB (University of London) and LLM (University of Essex) graduate. I achieved Second Class Honours (Upper Division) classification in both degrees, and a Certificate of Excellence in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) module of my LLB in 2020. Since my graduation, I have privately tutored many students preparing for their A-levels Law exams, and various modules of the University of London's LLB program.
Since 2023, I have been a lecturer of law at Beaconhouse International College in Faisalabad, the third largest city of Pakistan. I teach no more than six modules per semester, and they shift on a rotating basis as per the directions of the Head of School (HOS) and Head of Academics (HOA).
Taught LLB modules include Criminal Law, Contract Law, Legal System and Method, Property/Land Law, Islamic Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Trade Law, Criminal Litigation & Practice, and Business Law across the LLB programs of the University of London, Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), and the University of Essex. Taught LLM modules for the University of Essex include Commercial Conflict of Laws, International Sale of Goods, and International Commercial Dispute Resolution.
I am also the first marker and a part of the internal moderation team for taught modules of the University of Essex's LLB and LLM programs, and LJMU's LLB program at Beaconhouse International College. This experience has equipped me with the skills required to help you score a 70+ score in any module of the LLB and LLM.
Other than teaching law, I have practiced law at a renowned firm in Lahore focusing on tax, civil, constitutional and labor law. I have also run my own chamber focused on tax law, however, I am fully committed to teaching law now. This is my calling, and I am excited to work with you.

My first session with you will be free of cost. In its beginning, I will ask you to share your story. What led you to make the choices that you have made so far in your studies, and what your future goals are. I will get to know you as a person, and tailor my lessons according to your personality, mind, and needs.
I am not one to provide notes and expect you to memorize them. That is the most common approach that most tutors take with their students. You are paying me for 1 on 1 classes, and my entire focus must be to prepare you to master the techniques required to excel in your exams.
I take a discussion oriented approach in my lessons. I don't go through a topic; I pick it apart, laying everything before in you in its barest form; so that you can understand it at a microscopic level. I will expect you to read up in advance, and I want your opinions. In my experience, most students just memorize what the law is and try to explain that in their exams. Their explanation is correct, but that is not what the examiner is asking of them. Students are required to critically evaluate most areas of laws, or to discuss their opinions in detail.
My lessons are focused on helping you develop your own opinions on different areas of laws across the modules that you are studying, so that the examiner gives you the grade that you desire.
Towards the end of the first session, I will ask you to share past examples of your legal writing through graded assignments and coursework (provided that you have access to them) so that I can evaluate your shortcomings. Each topic that we cover will be followed with extensive past paper practice. I will teach you the skills of essay writing and problem solving through IRAC.
Each lesson will last for 2 hours depending on your needs and our schedules. It can be lengthened or shortened as per your requirements, however, I recommend a session no longer than 2 hours to avoid fatigue. Multiple sessions can be arranged per week.
I am qualified and have the experience to tutor students with learning disabilities such as stuttering, dyslexia, and ADHD. My lessons will be focused on prioritizing your comfort and ease of learning.
If required, some reading material will be provided to you. However, the primary focus will be on teaching you how to utilize research tools such as Google Scholars, JSTOR, SSRN, and your own university's VLEs such as Moodle, Canvas, etc.
I possess native fluency in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and English. I can teach you in all four languages.

I highly recommend Asad as a tutor. He explains complex nuanced concepts clearly, and adapts his approach to the needs of each student. I’ve personally benefited from his practical, easy-to-follow approach. He’s knowledgeable, multi-faceted, supportive, and genuinely committed to his students success.
A truly wonderful teacher and an even better human being. As a teacher, he's very cooperative and has a clear grasp of every concept he teaches. As a student at BIC-Faisalabad, I've been taught International Trade Law, Criminal Law, and Land Law by him. The concepts were never this clear; essays that I wrote never shone this much, and he was there when I needed him, no matter what time of the day it was. I highly recommend him as a tutor.
I honestly cannot recommend Asad enough to anyone studying a Bachelor of Laws. Law school can always feel incredibly overwhelming, but he has this amazing ability to communicate the complexity that comes with law with utmost simplicity. Whether it’s case law or complex statutes, Asad will break them down into things that actually make sense while flowing things very lightly.
He would genuinely teach you how to think like a lawyer and incorporate those methods into your preparation. He truly cares about seeing his students succeed and score top grades. If you're looking for a tutor who will actually take the stress out of your LLB and boost your confidence, Asad is the tutor to go to.I highly recommend Sir Asad to any law student looking for exceptional academic guidance. He was my private tutor in 2021 for two of the most challenging modules of my University of London LLB program, Jurisprudence and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
What sets Sir Asad apart is his ability to simplify highly complex legal theories and frameworks. Jurisprudence can often feel abstract and overwhelming, but he broke down difficult philosophical concepts into clear, digestible, and practical ideas. For ADR, his deep understanding of the subject helped me grasp the nuances of mediation, arbitration, and negotiation with ease.
Beyond his mastery of the law, Sir Asad is a genuinely supportive and encouraging mentor. He understands the unique pressure and strict marking criteria of the UOL curriculum and tailors his teaching to build both your legal knowledge and your exam confidence.
If you are looking for a tutor who is deeply knowledgeable, structured, patient, and completely dedicated to your success, Sir Asad is the perfect choice. You will be in excellent hands.View more recommendations
