My teaching method is more practical oriented. I believe in interactive education. I make sure my class has a sound grass root knowledge rather than being mere exam oriented. I teach for CBSE and ICSE students in Social Sciences and also Under graduates of Public Adminstration, History and Geography.

The Flipped Classroom Model basically involves encouraging students to prepare for the lesson before class.As a basic principle of learning, it makes little sense to force students to memorize large reams of text that they will either begrudgingly recall or instantly forget. The key is to let students focus on exploring an area which interests them and learn about it for themselves.
I start my classes with maintaining a dairy where in the on day's syllabus to be covered is pre decided, homework is allotted to the child and also transparency is maintained between the tutor and parents. I ask the child to read the chapter and ask him/her to give me their understanding and then start filling the gaps with my understanding and knowledge of the chapter.
