About Lucia
I am a dancer with fifteen years of experience. I have trained mainly in Vaganova ballet technique, contemporary dance and combine my knowledge in this areas with other rhythms, including reggaeton, afro, cumbia and various types of folk dance. Currently, I am studying a MFA programme in movement teaching. My students have learned that being yourself is the best way to become a skillful mover.

I follow my students' process very closely and patiently, my aim is for them to own their movement and leave shyness behind by being themselves. I start by letting them feel the rhythm before teaching forms; we repeat steps as much as needed and my students get to become familiar with a wide variety of musical repertoire performed by both famous and underground latin artists.
