Light Language & Energetic Sound Codes I use intuitive vocal tones, frequencies, and sound vibrations that support emotional release and deep relaxation. Many participants describe these sounds as helping them soften tension and reconnect with inner calm. Release & Reset Work We create a space where stress, emotional heaviness, fatigue, and mental overload can naturally unwind. Each session supports a sense of lightness, grounding, and renewed inner vitality. Lesson Duration Sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs and level of experience.
