About Iman

Hello! I am an Industrial Engineering graduate with a passion for STEM, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, data analysis, and engineering. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple explanations and helping students develop the confidence to solve problems independently.

My academic background is complemented by practical industry experience. During my internship at Sapphire Retail Limited, I worked as a Cost Analysis Specialist, where I developed a framework to support cost analysis and improve the understanding of business costs.

I also gained valuable experience at Millat Tractors Limitedin the Production Planning and Control Department, where I worked on forecasting using R programming and developed a dashboard designed for future use. These experiences strengthened my analytical thinking, quantitative reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.

In addition to my industry experience, I write academic articles and contribute to research publications available through Google Scholar. My interest in research encourages me to keep learning, explore new ideas, and approach technical problems with curiosity and a critical mindset.

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe that understanding concepts is more important than memorizing formulas. My approach focuses on explaining the logic behind each concept, solving problems step by step, and connecting theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world applications.
