About Mittal

I am an MA. in Bharatnatyam (Indian Classical Dance), the outcome of 15 years of studies. would like to share my knowledge and skill with as many as I can. I have been participating in so many national and International dancing platforms. currently actively working in Nakshatra Dance and Events Organisation to contribute to my skills. It also helps in daily exercising by dancing and enjoying your sustainable health improvements.

About the class

I will be teaching all groups of age from kids to adults. Special classes also will be included for age above 60. I will be only teaching online classes which include, Via Skype, Zoom, Google Due, Facebook..... etc. any kind of social media.

Perfect! Im so impressed by Mittal and her teaching.
I have to learn a dance by Thursday and she was able to choreograph and teach me half the dance already in our first lesson.
She has such a positive and uplifting attitude but still able to clearly and effectively teach the dance.
You can tell she is very passionate and cares about you.
Looking forward to more lessons.

What age did you start dancing? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.
I started my classical dance journey at the age of 7. And this was the outcome of my mum's unfulfilled desire. She always wanted to learn any of classical or cultural dance but due to belonging to a conservative family she couldn't perceive her passion and that led her to fulfill her dream. She has started this journey for me with professional training from my local regional classical dance trainer. And day by day I have become determined in her dream and now it has become my dream and passion.
What is your favourite dancer?
I used to practice for bharatnatyam early in the morning. I feel like it is my best exercise ever. never feel exhausted after practicing instead practising first thing in the morning is a kick start for my day.
What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your dance?
I have never taken bharatanatyam as a career, hobby or sport of life but it is something that I would like to keep with me until my last breath. I always wanted to keep it alive in my heart. It doesn't matter if I will ever not be able to keep it physically with me, but I wanted to keep the joy of dancing with me forever.
Do you have a dancing chievement that you're particularly proud of?
I have won so many different local , national and international awards in dance but among them my university aard is my favorite which was for " Cardiffmet got talent " . I have won first prize in the inter college competition. It was special because It was a great chance for me to dedicate my dance to represent my country India.
How have your achievements and challenges made you a better dancer?
I love dance just to enjoy the heart of dance and so i always wanted to share this joy with as much as possible people who wanted to enjoy themselves with dance regardless of any curriculum, exams, and any eternal forces. So if you are a person who wants a sustainable attitude for dance you will definitely enjoy this journey with me.
