About Beth
I've been teaching hypnosis and mindfulness tools since the beginning of the pandemic as a coach. Continual learning - changing how our brains work is absolutely fascinating to me.
I've also been an architect since 2007 (currently working part time, because it's fun!) It's an exacting and practical profession - you'd think there'd be no room for hand-wavy hypnosis, but it's helped me in a million ways. For one, I don't hate going to work, that's a big one - calling clients doesn't scare me anymore - getting into the flow is so much easier than it used to be.

Emergency sessions welcome the day before an important test. 2-3 sessions are enough to make a huge difference in how you deal with stress for the rest of your life.
General plan for addiction and anxiety:
- Session 1 - tools for you to use: choose your brain state, self-hypnosis, start the change you want to make in your life.
- Session 2 - Progress report, finding some of the deeper causes and dealing with them.
- Session 3 (generally after a longer break) - Celebrate the changes, clean up any sticky areas of implementation in real scenarios you've lived through.
Our sessions are fun! Novelty helps new changes grab ahold of these new ideas and encode them deep. No hand-wavy wtf just happened hypnosis - I'll explain and walk you through what's happening.
This is good for literally anyone who wants to improve their performance - these basics can be tuned to many, many problems.
