About Justine
Despite not having a degree related to the health and fitness industry, I was raised in a very health-conscious environment and have prioritized expanding my knowledge of nutrition and holistic health since my brain became capable of storing the information. Having personally struggled with and recovered from disordered eating tendencies, I can now marvel at the lessons and mindset shifts that have become invaluable to me and feel confident in my ability to help others progress in their health journeys.

Throughout our time together, I hope that you will come to see me as a good friend rather than a regular teacher, because I would like to connect with you and learn about you in ways that seem impossible in any old-school classroom.
