Hello everyone! I am a licensed professional counselor with over 8 years in the mental health field. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, depression and self confidence/self-esteem. I also hold a supervisor license to help other counselors become fully licensed as well as a doctoral degree in counselor education and supervision. I obtained this degree so that I could teach courses on a college campus but also gain the skills and knowledge to provide mental health resources to underprivileged communities. In the one-on-one sessions, we will formulate a plan and utilize different techniques and strategies to guide you in your journey.
As a licensed professional counselor, educator and supervisor, I understand the importance of not only personal wellness also the fact that each of us are unique individuals with unique experiences.
