Perfect! Ruchi makes the classes super fun and interesting by teaching not just yoga but other exercises as well which helps one increase their body strength. The exercises are catered as per your goals and body type. Over the past one month, different types of exercises and asanas have been taught every class, focusing on different parts of the body. I have managed to observe the changes in my own body. The exercises have helped me strengthen my core and also I can now stay in the plank position for a good 2 minutes. My flexibility and stamina has also improved a lot with her help and encouragement. Along with the yoga, you also receive tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle so one can see the extended positive effect of the yoga in their day to day activities too. The classes are conducted in a disciplined and structured, making the one hour session a productive one. Looking forward to another month of yoga!

Perfect! I've really enjoyed Ruchi's yoga lessons. Her classes are tailored to the individual and contain a good mix of yoga flow sequences and asanas. The classes also include some general fitness exercises which I've found beneficial. I live in London so have been doing the classes online which has worked well. Loving the experience of personalized yoga sessions. My major concern was being overweight which has considerably reduced now and I also feel much fitter throughout the day. She also suggested a few diet changes which has been very helpful.
I love it! In every class we do a full body workout along with special focus on one specific body part, sometimes it is core, shoulders, legs, it always varies. It is tough but also approachable and not daunting. You feel your muscles working immediately. I am elated with the progress I have made so far.
