About Reeshma
I’m Reeshma Katta, a certified Yoga Teacher and wellness practitioner with a passion for bringing traditional Indian wellness practices into modern everyday life.
My journey with yoga has shaped the way I understand well-being not simply as physical fitness, but as a balance between the body, breath, mind and lifestyle. Alongside Hatha Yoga, my work incorporates yoga therapy, Ayurveda, meditation and mindful living.
I believe every person’s body and lifestyle are different, which is why I take a personalized and practical approach to teaching. My aim is to create a welcoming space where you can develop a practice that feels sustainable, meaningful and truly your own.
I teach online offering personalized 1:1 and small-group sessions for students in India and internationally.

Each class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and create a deeper sense of balance.
Sessions combine traditional Hatha Yoga with mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation and meditation. Depending on your goals and experience, the practice can focus on improving strength and flexibility, releasing physical tension, developing body awareness, calming the mind or simply creating a more consistent wellness routine.
Classes are personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. We work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with modifications and variations offered throughout the practice.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to deepen an existing practice, the sessions are designed to be accessible, grounding and purposeful leaving you feeling more connected, refreshed and balanced.
