Fun and engaging lessons catered to your student's individual learning style! I specialize in elementary level mathematics and English, but can teach any subject! I pride myself on my ability to connect with students; and ensure that I cater my lesson to their needs. The goal is to help your student learn the subject in a way that best suits them, not force my personal methodologies and preferences.
My lessons will typically begin with a fun and focused activity to warm up the student's brain for learning. Then we will dissect the topic together, before moving into an applied practice. This allows the student to first become familiar, and then test their problem-solving and applied learning techniques. At the end, we will wrap up with a discussion that ties the lesson back to the opening, engaging activity; to ensure the student is aware, and now well-versed on the intended focus of the lesson.
