I love to think of these sessions as a conversation rather than a formal discussion. Supplemental materials such as habit trackers, calendars, therapeutic worksheets, self-help book recommendations, etc. are all a part of your personalized plan. Through my years of working in mental health I have accumulated quite a bit of resources to share.
I am very flexible in scheduling as I know we have busy lives and sometimes things happen.
These sessions are for any and everyone who may need help in a small part of their life and aren't ready or able to fully commit to regular therapy!
