My name is Matthew, and I am a dedicated high school student with a strong passion for mathematics and helping others learn. I believe the best way to learn math is by understanding why a process works and the reasoning for each step. My teaching approach focuses on breaking down difficult concepts into small parts and explaining them step by step. During a typical lesson, I review any questions the student has, teach the concept with examples and work through practice problems together.
I am currently an advanced math student who recently learned many of these topics myself, so I understand the common mistakes and challenges students face. My lessons are designed for middle school and high school students studying arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and related classes. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve problem-solving skills, and become better learners.
