About Vivian
With over 15 years of experience in education, I’ve had the privilege of working with students at every level—elementary, middle school, high school, and even college. In addition to my extensive experience in general education, I also have 6 years of hands-on experience working with students in special education. This has equipped me with specialized strategies to support learners who may face additional challenges, ensuring that every student I work with feels confident and capable in their learning journey. As a mother of four, a military wife, and the daughter of a missionary, my life has been anything but ordinary. These roles have shaped me into a compassionate, patient, and adaptable teacher who understands the importance of balance, commitment, and perseverance. My path has taken me to 17 countries across Europe, Africa, and the Americas, allowing me to learn from different cultures, educational systems, and teaching practices. This international experience has not only broadened my perspective but also helped me connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Whether I’m teaching a group of high schoolers, guiding a college student through complex problems, or working one-on-one with students needing extra support, I bring professionalism, empathy, and dedication to every lesson.
