About Gaurav

As a student, though I have done graduation in math, I feel that I was never good in math. The reason is I studied math because of compulsion. I never tried to understand the subject and one of the biggest reasons is that I didn't get a teacher and mentor of math. I believe the initial years of the student from 5-10 class are important when he/she develops the interest and if by any chance they start fearing math then they never like the subject. This I learned when I started teaching my daughter when she was in 4th and started fearing math. Now she is in 7th, though not loving the subject :) but she doesn't fear it. This is my main objective to teach math. Whether they carry on with math in the future is their decision but while learning the basics they should enjoy it.

About the class

I simplify math concepts which makes the subject enjoyable and subsequently the practice because without practice makes the difference between ordinary and extraordinary. The usual structure of my class is 10 students on average and I teach till 10th. My special feature as a teacher is I don't focus on numbers but concepts.
