My job it's to get you 2fit as in not just physically in whatever it is we'll be training but, also mentally. Mentally is a big part in the training process because it helps in the long run. Me meaning in the long run is, you have to trust in the process day in and day out in during training hours. 2fit is something I firmly believe in because I'm going to get you 2fit as in all around aspects of training the body, you'll be becoming a while different person when you're working day in and day out. I taught a sports camp last summer at University of Notre Dame so I'm pretty affiliated with how things go as far as getting the student to reach their goals. 

I have trained some family members of mine and they said I should take this seriously because they know the type of energy I bring to the table and they were satisfied with the results.



Swam for 7 years pretty much know everything about the sport. Swam in college for 2 years as well on a Division 1 team at University of Notre Dame.
I can teach teach all 4 strokes of the sport and how to progress and get better at each of them. I swam all four strokes black in the day so I know the ins and outs of swimming.

Been in gyms where there is lifting environments that really motivate you including myself. Where there you're trying to lose weight, gain muscle, become lean with muscle I can do it all. Could recommend you better foods and how to live a healthier and soon to be better lifestyle.

Swimming- Student have has had to be affiliated with being in a pool environment. We will start on the basics of the learning how to become safe with the water and how to tread water first. You have to become and feel safe when you're in the water. As that process takes place when we get the treading water part down we will begin learning how to do the first stroke freestyle.

Gym Training- Beckme affiliated with the workouts and fell comfortable doing the workouts. Be able to say hey I can do this and not give up.

I was teaching swim lesson one day and this kid he really it room him a long time to get used to the water so he could learn how to swim. Day in and day out we were just working on kicking, going under water l, and become more comfortable with the water. One day he's like I want to go to the deep end,(he's only 4 years old) I'm like no way. Then he's like yes then start doggy paddling all the way down to the other end of the pool. 

I was in near shock I'm like omg never would've thought he would've went the whole way.
