I am NASM Certified as a Personal Trainer with a athletic background in various sports (i.e. basketball, track and field, metabolic strength training, boxing and self defense)
My overall goal is to educate empower and inspire as many people as I possibly can. Improving myself, my community, and my world one person at a time. I saught refuge in fitness and it changed my life! Now I can truly say I know what it takes to be your best look your best and do your best at 6ft 200lbs preparing for my professional bodybuilding debut with the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness later this year in 2019!
