About Jigish

I am an MBA student at Duke University The Fuqua School of Business. I have tutored for the past 7 years from middle school to college. Additionally, I coached middle school and high school teacher for four years and trained over 1000 K-12 grade teachers in coding. I would best describe my tutoring style as one that adapts to each students' need. For example, I have always tried to frame questions in a different way so that the student can better understand the question. Some students need visual representations of numbers and systems to understand them, and others benefit more by understanding the concepts behind each formula. Not only do I hope to help my students with their academics, but also have fun while doing it!

I love seeing my students grow their confidence in the subject they are struggling with. I also enjoy them becoming indepedent learners!

I was a high school and middle school math and social studies teacher. I am also certified to be K-12 principal. I've tutored 500+ students throughout my career.
