Garet is a very knowledgeable and versatile trainer. He listened to what I needed and did his research to make workouts for the need. Garet throws in other different exercises to keep it fun and challenging. Gets me going and I can’t talk which means I’m working out just hard enough. Very positive attitude at all times. Very friendly and had an open mind as a trainer.

Training with Garet has been a game changer this last year. My husband and I started training twice a week with him when we went into lockdown and could not have been more pleased with our choice. His workouts have been amazing, well thought through, personalized and ridiculously hard. His attention to detail and care for us as his clients and people is truly unmatched. Every week we comment on how helpful they are and how creative they always seem to be be. Our technique, strength and mental health have been noticeably different since working with him. He has also done an amazing job catering to the needs of my husband, myself and my pregnancy over the last few months and never once did I feel like our need for modification and change were anything but welcomed and considered.
