After 35 years of being involved in the sport I have set systems in place to get the most out of our clients. I am the owner of Vintage Boxing Gym located in the heart of Richmond Va. When you book lessons with me you not only will learn boxing but the theorys behind the movements of what really works!
I love what I do and feel blessed that I get to do this as a career!
