I like to start off with a 1-1 phone call where we discuss their background in fitness and if they've played any sports in the past. I ask them what their fitness goal is & what their diet plan is & if they would like to know more about nutrition.
Once we establish if we are a good fit for each other, I like to set up a date and time to meet at the gym where I give them a tour and discuss any other questions they may have.
The first session is always free. I like to give my clients an experience of what it's like to train with me prior to committing. That way they could determine whether or not they'd like to hire me as their trainer.

He took the time to meet with me to discuss my goals and listen to the problems I was having with fitness. His workouts are interesting and appropriately challenging. I’m new to boxing but he has made it an amazing experience. He is knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling. So glad I signed up!!
