About Stephen
I teach Qigong, Neigong and martial arts. I also practice Chinese medicine with a concentration on treating martial arts and sports-related injuries.
I enjoy teaching heath practices that benefit people on both physical and psychological/spiritual levels.
I practice Chinese Medicine and have studied various forms of Neigong and internal martial arts for man years. I hold instructor rank in San Miguel Esrkrima and Estacada, and am currently an instructor-candidate in Li Gui Chang's method of Xing Yi Quan, under Tom Bisio.

I begin by teaching Five Element Qigong, since it is the easiest to learn and has applicability to martial arts if the student desires to go in this direction.
