Please me mindful of how this works from the provider's side of things. About me, I enjoy the inspiration of ideas and sharing my knowledge with other like minded people. Most importantly eating healthy because food is life and life is love. I've been cooking for over thirty years from NYC to Los Angles and the Bay Area. I've worked with some of the best chefs in the country. I have my own business where we deliver organic meals as well.

Perfect! Paul was a delight to work with, he customized a program for our young pastry chef, engaged her with lessons learned from the field and helped further develop her confidence in the kitchen.
Perfect! Chef Paul is a superb and patient teacher. Today, I had my first lesson and we made a delightful salad and pasta. All the ingredients are sourced from local farms and provided by him. Wonderful guy to talk to and an even better chef!
