Fantastic instructor and class! Only 5 us in total so very personal experience. Asked lots of questions and our instructor was fun, funny and a pro. Relaxed atmosphere (we drank wine and our instructor made us a snack--pizza!--so we had a blast), great Sunday afternoon. Would love for instructor to teach a sauce class and definitely will consider taking another class with him!

This was class was a lot of fun! The venue is awesome and we had a lot of fun drinking wine and learning about candles, leaving with a cool candle also. The class was really great and I will definitely be back!

This was such a great class and a wonderful night! The owners are so friendly and so welcoming!! It's a beautiful atmosphere, with a laid back and, overall, good vibe. We learned a lot, while laughing and eating delicious light appetizers. This was a Valentine's Day date for my fiancé and we had such a nice time! It is definitely not just opened to couples, though! There were groups of friends, mom/daughter dates, etc. We have been recommending it to everyone and definitely will continue to! Thank you so much for offering this class at such a great price!

What a fun class! We started by selecting the wine we wanted to drink and had the option of finishing that bottle and using it for our candle, or choosing one of the already empty bottles provided. Veggie flatbread pizza was provided (not the greatest) as a light snack. While we drank, Joe and Tommy explained the process, as well as other items that could be made from empties.
We proceeded to score and break our bottles in preparation for the candle making. There was chatting and drinking in between. At the end we all had lovely candles, and some of us had new friends with whom to take on the next Dabble adventure.

Very hands on pasta class. I feel confident that I can do this at home. It was a plus to be hosted in a wine shop......did some shopping after class and got expert wine help to boot. I highly recommend this class...top notch all around!

LOVED everything about this class. Really enjoyed that it was just a small class, which allowed us to be able to ask specific questions about what we were doing. Not only do I feel like I got a fantastic overview of the basics of making pasta, but I had so much fun, and learned so much from our teachers, just in the course of conversation.

Joe and Tommy teach great classes. I took the Dink Wine, Make Pasta class. It was so much fun. We actually made pasta, ate the pasta and learned how to make raviolli and tortellini as well. This class is fun, was filled with stories and I will be back for more classes with mL Chicago.
