French Culinary Arts Graduate with over 10 years of experience. Former Executive Chef and current food entrepreneur. I am latino and have a solid background working with different cuisines. I asses their goals and skills based on what they say they wish to learn or just do for the fun of learning something new. I usually have a short free consultation.
I have worked with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. From begginers to advanced.
I say it is very important to have good rapport with your instructor since you will be given constant instructions and are being lead to ensure the flow of the class is effective and the student gets the most out of it.
Did a cooking class where we devided teams making different components of the meal and then we came together to finalize the project. Lots of interactive question answer moments. Demonstration by having people do hands on as I instructed. It was fun and super educational.

Details
I charge $35 an hour and have a minimum booking of 2 hrs per session. I believe a succesful lesson should be 2 hrs and should not extend further than that unless is a special request.
