Morris is preparing the (General) IELTS test. His writing is quite good other than periodic grammar and word choice problems. He has a strong grasp of the English Language. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. Good luck on your IELTS test Morris!

Ryan especially struggled with the pronunciation of "r" and "th". This is super hard for Chinese speakers as those sounds do not exist in Chinese. Ryan definitely has improvement after 10 classes. His comprehension is good and on paper he knows the rules of grammar and sense stress actually quite well. Now, my biggest tip to him is to really slow down, speak louder, take his time to enunciate, and think about sense and word stress. This will help improve his pronunciation. His English foundation is solid it's just pronunciation is hard to fix when you already have a habit of speaking a different way for years. Trying to immerse himself in English and parrot what he hears as much as possible should help too because it's quite easy to get by without using English in Richmond. He did great!
