My teaching style is based on developing a quick rapport with students, by being easygoing, engaging, supportive, understanding, passionate about my subject, pleasant, polite, and humorous. I also have an interest in video games, sports, and movies which I occasionally engage my students in. This helps them loosen up and understand better. Together with instructions and demonstrations, I like to use a range of resources, including screen sharing, instructional videos, a writing tablet, and interactive maths software, depending on the needs of my student, while providing my complete support throughout. These tools make my lessons fun, stimulating, engaging, and challenging, which achieves much better results. My sessions run for 1 hour during which I ensure the student's understanding of the topic. With over a decade of teaching maths and 4 years of online teaching, I have had the privilege of teaching students from various parts of the world and has helped me to change my teaching methodology to meet the needs of the students I am teaching. My lessons are for students of Secondary schools, A-level, GCSE, and college.

I am pleased to recommend Mr Lawrence as a dedicated and knowledgeable mathematics tutor. Having had the opportunity to observe one of his virtual tutoring sessions, I was impressed by his ability to teach complex mathematical concepts, including algebra, geometry, and calculus, in a clear and understandable manner.
With over six years of teaching experience, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to helping students improve their understanding of mathematics and make meaningful progress in their academic performance. One quality that particularly stands out to me is his patience. He takes the time to guide students through concepts, explain ideas in different ways when necessary, and ensure they understand the reasoning behind each solution rather than simply memorizing formulas.
I confidently recommend him to students and parents seeking a reliable, patient, and competent mathematics tutor.Lawrence is really dedicated at ensuring excellence at delivery.
