About Samuel
As a student of neuroscience at Boston University, I was inspired to start meditating after learning about the breadth of positive effects meditation has on the brain and our psychology -- from stress reduction, to greater focus, to improved sleep.
Now, as a certified mindfulness teacher with experience teaching at hospitals and schools, I enjoy helping kids and adults learn how to meditate and sustain the habit. I specialize in integrating mindfulness into everyday life, and I also help experienced meditators deepen their practice.
