I have nearly 22 years of experience as an educator of adult students and organizational leader in higher education. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services/Theatre from Metropolitan State University, both a Masters in Art in Business Leadership and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Hamline University in St Paul, Minnesota. My comprehensive concentrations were in organizational leadership, conflict mediation, adult learning development, and racial/gender justice. Popular movie clips are fun and relate professional practice to potentially dry academic topics.
