Perfect! Ram has explained me very well where I made mistakes in my dissertation and what I could do instead. His way of teaching is very practical, his points are re-written on extra document, so I could see exactly where and how to do improvment. 2 hrs with Ram taught me more than months in college when it comes to writing a thesis.
