About Vanya
I am a Chemistry tutor with over nine years of teaching experience and hold an MChem degree. My expertise lies in atmospheric chemistry and the study of environmental pollution. I enjoy guiding students through the chemical principles that shape our air and climate. Much of my teaching focuses on smog formation, ozone depletion, and acid rain. These topics allow students to see the direct impact of chemistry on human health and ecosystems. I also explain the role of greenhouse gases, helping learners understand the science behind global warming and climate change. Over the years, I have worked closely with environmental science students, as well as those interested in air quality and climate policy. My approach is supportive, structured, and rooted in curiosity. I provide consistent guidance to ensure students not only prepare well for exams but also develop a deeper understanding of environmental systems.
