About Silvia Anna
Working with companies such as Berlitz, Abu Dhabi and LCT - Language & Communication Training, Rome I have acquired a unique skill set in teaching senior professionals. I consider teaching Business English and English Coaching to be my foremost relevant skills and have a specific experience in teaching, phone language, writing emails and presentations. Twelve years living abroad in countries like Italy, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore has afforded me the practical know-how to excel in Cross-Cultural Training. As a freelance language coach, I made it my personal goal to increase my ability to promote fluency, limit interruptions to build confidence and encourage self-correction to reinforce language retention while students continue to improve their practical listening, reading, writing and speaking skills .
