Italian by origin, Parisian by adoption, I love to cook and share the flavors of Italy. Marketing manager in life, I speak French, English and Italian, and cooking is my passion. My favorites are the simple dishes, quick to make but effective, based on fresh products according to the seasons. I like to mix tradition and innovation, bringing traditional dishes up to date for a light and delicious cuisine.
