About Shouvik
I am a yoga instructor and meditation instructor, certified to better your life with the magic of what can be done with your body and mind. I used to be a struggling addict and would use substances or alcohol to cope with my life's struggles, but when I had found meditation, and breathwork, the combination of that with walking and stretching, I was able to unlock the subtle parts of my body that could give me control over my faculties, and keep me optimistic about my potential! I could re-strengthen my foundation and live the way I wanted to afterwards!

Perfect! Shouvik has been a wonderful meditation coach! My life has transformed since we started working together and I have no doubt its related to my meditation practice he has helped me cultivate.
