I have known Ryan as his A level chemistry teacher and have been in contact with him and his journey into academia.
He has observed lessons, as an undergraduate, and has co-taught and led lessons with me on a number of occasions. He is always well prepared, highly focused and professional in his demeanor. He has a presence in his lessons of an experienced tutor. He actively engages students by varying his level of communication to the correct level - a rare skill for someone so young.
I have encouraged him to engage in education to the highest level. I am very pleased and proud of him for giving education back during his journey. I know he will impress his students, his colleagues and his managers.

I highly recommend Ryan as a tutor. Before taking sessions with Ryan I always described myself as a person who does not like exams. After taking the sessions I felt very comfortable answering exam questions. I also liked the way Ryan explained things by telling the full story rather than just what we needed to know for the exam. This made learning much more easy and also fun!
