About Greeshma
As a recent chemical engineering postgraduate, academics have long been a passion of mine. I enjoy tutoring chemistry, physics, and maths as a fulfilling side hustle. My motivation stems from a desire to assist driven students who require some extra guidance grasping complex scientific subjects. Having navigated a highly demanding STEM degree programme myself, I can easily empathise with feeling overwhelmed by abstract concepts. My approach as a tutor is to take the time to methodically break things down using visual models, real-world analogies and plenty of practice problems. I assist students of all aptitudes in developing an intuitive comprehension backed by a strong foundation. My background as a chemical engineer provides me insight into principles across chemistry, physics and maths disciplines. Students appreciate how I interrelate concepts across subject boundaries in order to cement holistic understanding. My personable and patient style offers struggling learners much needed support amidst rigorous curriculums. I take a genuine interest in each student’s unique perspective and goals. While I hold my pupils to high standards, I celebrate small wins and mastery milestones throughout our journey together.
