My method of teaching is very simple. Cut out the small print and let's get stuck in. In order to cook or make something, it's not all about reading a recipe book but practically taking part in the action. Hands on approach is the way forward.

Perfect! I had a cooking lesson with Rais today to learn meat Karahi . It was a very good lesson . Rais explained each step very thoroughly and also showed each step while cooking . It was very easy to follow the recipe . It was ready in good time and the taste was fabulous as it should be of an authentic Karahi . All my family enjoyed the Karahi .
